Swingate Stargate

Star trails at Swingate Water Tower near Kimberley, Nottinghamshire. This image is comprised of 60 photos (15 sebond exposure) taken on the coldest April night in 25 years, so my initial disappointment that the tower architects hadn't properly aligned the centre of the structure with Polaris was soon over-shadowed by my numb hands!
